A wellbeing coach was doing everything manually. Enquiries came in by email, she'd reply when she could, bookings were confirmed by text, and half her leads went cold before she got back to them.

- They're automatically added to her system and tagged by interest
- A short email sequence introduces her approach and builds trust over three days
- The final email offers a free discovery call with a direct booking link
- Once booked, the client gets a confirmation, a reminder, and an intake form before the session
