    Who I am

    Emma Holler ("I", "me") operates this website (emmaholler.com) as a sole trader based in Cornwall, UK. I provide technical SEO audits, website and systems implementation, and ongoing support for small service-based businesses.

    What information I collect

    When you submit the free SEO audit form, I collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, your website URL, and any optional context you add (such as your service area, main service, competitors, or anything you'd like me to look at). I do not collect information from you automatically beyond standard technical logs described below.

    Why I collect it

    I use the information you submit solely to carry out your SEO audit and to reply to you about it. I will not send you marketing emails you didn't ask for, and I won't sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

    How long I keep it

    I keep the information you submit for as long as is needed to complete your audit and respond to any follow-up. If you ask me to delete your information, I will remove it from my records within a reasonable timeframe.

    Your rights

    Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to ask me to correct it, and to ask me to erase it. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing me. If you have a concern about how I've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
